Tailoring and Workmanship (2 YEAR WARRANTY):
Frames ( LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ): A strong frame is the foundation of a long-lasting piece of furniture. Frames are made of Canadian kiln-dried hardwoods and wood by-products. The warranty tells the story. Made for life.
Suspension System (Springs) (5 YEAR WARRANTY ): High carbon 8.5 gauge sinuous springs attached with insulated spring clips, connected laterally with coated tie wire create maximum stability and a uniform seating support.
Seating and Backs (1 YEAR WARRANTY): Comfort and durability start with a 2.2 polyurethane foam seat cushion wrapped with polyester fibers for enhanced surface softness and added support. Back pillows are made with high-quality poly fibers to provide contoured comfort and support.
Fabric & Leather (1 YEAR WARRANTY): The manufacturer warrants fabric and leather for 1 year against defective materials and workmanship under normal care and use. Please note this warranty does not cover fading, pilling, or shrinkage. Leather and fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.
Procedure for Claim: All claims must be presented to the authorized Manufacturer dealer. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase which indicates the date of purchase. All arrangements for any repairs will be confirmed by the Manufacturer’s customer service rep. and will issue a Return Authorization Number. The manufacturer reserves all rights its opinion to repair or replace any defective merchandise. Transportation charges to and from the dealer and to our facility are the sole responsibility of the customer and are in no way covered by this warranty.
